Six Steps for No-Contact Service
Step 1. Make an Appointment Online or Over the Phone
We're currently not offering walk in appointments at this time so make sure you schedule online or over the phone.
Step 2. Arrive at West Herr Acura of Buffalo for Service
Once you arrive at our service center, our technicians will greet you wearing approved safety equipment. This is our first step to ensure a no-contact service experience near Lewistown and Amherst. We will then guide you to a safe place to park your model for an assessment.
Step 3. Sit Six Feet Apart from Other Customers When in Our Guest Lounge
All surfaces have been sanitized to adhere to the CDC's sanitization guidelines and will continue to be regularly, as we have taken special precautions to ensure a comfortable, safe space for our customers while service is being performed. We also have instructed customers and staff to keep 6-feet of space between each other along with Plexiglass shields in front our our Service Advisors for protection.
Step 4. Vehicle is Thoroughly Sanitized Before Handing it Over to You
Following service, our technicians will utilize our service center's vehicle sanitation machinery to disperse a disinfectant solution into your vehicle before giving it back to you. Your keys will be sanitized as well, so you will be safe and secure for your ride home.
Step 5. Long Repairs include a Complimentary Service Loaner
If you have a longer repair which may take more than an hour or two to fix, we offer complimentary, thoroughly sanitized service loaners. Ask our team if your service will require more time to repair.
Step 6. You Drive Home Safely
Our team is dedicated to ensuring your safety during uncertain times from Orchard Park to East Aurora. Your vehicle will be fully sanitized before you head home, so you can rest easy and have the peace of mind you deserve.
