Took car in for minor service. I have been going to this dealership for ~ 17 years. Mark Banas greeted me on arrival and departure. I have dealt with him for about 11yrs. A key reason that I would continue with this dealership as it has gone through 2 ownership changes in the last 3 or 4 years. The first part of May, my 2019 RDX adv came up with a potentially serious problem, which appeared to be battery/alternator. 7 of the warning lights came on flashing and beeping. Given that there were potential safety issues, Mark suggested I call Acura Road side service and have the car transported to the dealership. I continue to have excellent service at Ray Laks for my MDX. They have been consistently accurate with time and cost estimates. Further, they are honest and don’t try to oversell. For example, when I was getting my winter tires switched, another repair shop tried to tell me I needed a new battery and some other work done; I brought my car to RayLaks for the service and they ran tests to show my battery and car was fine!
